Basically the World of Darkness is the same, though it's a little
more Call of Cthulhu. As well there are competing ideologies which
are realized by the Covenants.
Carthians - seek to reconcile Kindred society with modern
governmental structures and social systems.
Invictus - the aristocracy of the night.
Lancea Sanctum - Seeks to influence Kindred society with
the strictures of Longinus, who is believed to have been turned
into one of the Damned by the very blood of Christ.
Ordo Dracul - Commands rituals and mystical knowledge that
allows the Kindred to transcend their vampiric states.
Unbound - Kindred not interested in being constrained for
whatever personal reason by the chosen government of the kindred
within the domain.
Catchwords for the Clans:
Daeva - Emotional, sensual and desirable.
Gangrel - Primal, hardy and savage.
Mekhet - Quick, discreet and wise.
Nosferatu - Stealthy, strong and terrifying.
Ventrue - Regal, commanding and aristocratic.
