House Rules - Kindred Population

Because the population should reflect the power of the ruling covenant, I’ve decided to break up the numbers of the court to illustrate the power that the Invictus hold within the domain.

• 30% Invictus
• 25% Lancea Sanctum
• 20% Ordo Dracul
• 20% Carthians
• 5% Unbound & Bloodlines

The Circle of the Crone will not be a viable starting covenant, though players are free to have their character quest for contact with these mysterious kindred if it seems appropriate. It should be treated as a great under taking.

One point of clarification on Bloodlines, they specifically will be limited to one in ten. So, for every 10 characters we have, one of them may be a Bloodline. For the duration of the game they will be treated as highly unique.
