Like the plans envisioned during the 19th Century, the Invictus
have maintained their program of ever expanding the attractions
of the city, so that in present nights a number of regions have
been cultivated to provide ample feeding territory for the Kindred
of the city. Adelaide for example is home to a number of clubs,
providing inebriated vessels, unfortunately the large numbers of
mortals who frequent this region does warrant some discretion.

West of Spadina the racks move north on to Queen Street, over into
Bathurst.

Privilege
Since
1992, Privilege has been one of the most exclusive and stylish clubs
in the downtown Rack. While the steep cover charge and strict dress
code serve to keep the punters away, Privilege has a reputation
for mixing high society sensibilities with hedonistic excess. Young
and reckless university students come to show off their parents'
money, while high-powered Bay Street executives come to pretend
that they're still young and reckless.
While Privilege plays host to public and private functions (including
many film industry parties), the club's owner keeps a short list
of people who are always welcome. Matthew Steward has made an effort
to make his club as Kindred-friendly as possible, although he enforces
a strict "takeout only" policy when it comes to dining.
The politics of Elysium have no place at Privilege; Steward makes
a point of welcoming members of all Covenants and Clans, and expects
his guests to respect his guarantee of safety while under his roof.
For those looking for their vessels to put up more of a fight,
the areas around 42 and 52 Division are also deemed Racks. Regardless
of the increased police presence, both of these divisions each year
receive larger budgets towards the recruitment of more officers,
the violence in the respective regions is perceived to provide enough
background noise that feeding by Kindred should go unnoticed. Caution
though is obviously advised, both as a result of the willingness
of the vessels in these areas to fight back, and the chance of being
discovered by law enforcement.
