David Riley – Daeva/Carthian (Childe of Allan Tartt)

If Florian Durand is the consummate host, David Riley is the one person you want with you to carouse the night life of Toronto, Well-Connected due to his ability to get into all the exclusive mortal parties or night clubs throughout the city, but some point to this existence and argue that life as a kindred simply cannot be an endless progression of parties. Leading some to reconsider their previous judgments of his wisdom, once evidenced by his decision to seek sanctuary with the Ordo Dracul while the VII ridden Prince Hollinger declared blood hunt after blood hunt, his capacity for agitating kindred like Florian Durand and Matthew Steward has cast serious doubt that he is as astute as they once believed.

Justin Stockdale – Daeva/Invictus (Deceased December 11th, 2005)

Even though Justin hails from the Swallows lineage, which traditionally leans towards the ideology of the Carthians, he is deemed Loyal for his commitment to the domain as an Archon for the Reeve, and by his lineage for repeated attempts to bring some degree of change around within the structure of the city as Erik Swallows attempted in his day.
