John Hawk – Gangrel/Circle of the Crone (Covenant
Head)
John
Hawk is known in the city as a mediator and facilitator. He knows
all the right people and has a reputation for being able to “get
things done.” While many initially assume that John Hawk is
a mercenary, those who deal with him quickly find out that he is
quite steadfast and Loyal to an organized Toronto. Once the
spokesman for the Unbound community, Hawk now claims to represent
the interests of the Circle of the Crone in the affairs of Toronto.
Feared for the death of the would be assassins and the state
they were found in, his clear influence (Influential) throughout
the domain, his active participation in maintaining the stability
of the domain has earned him clear respect (Respected) and
recognition as a pillar of the Court.
Anton Stahl – Ventrue/Invictus
While
his presence is infrequent at the gatherings, there is no doubt
that Anton Stahl is an Influential member of the court who,
for lack of a better term, is the 'bank' for the community. Anyone
needing to put together a large sum of money has always turned to
Anton for the required loan. Have you ever met him? Well, very few
can actually say they’ve ever hand the chance. At least anyone
who isn’t a member of the Invictus or related to the Quentins,
that is. It’s clear with the frequency with which his name
comes up that this reclusive kindred is indeed a Well-Connected
individual being called upon by some of the most powerful kindred
in the domain.
Lyta Troy – Ventrue/Lancea Sanctum (Torpored
December 11th, 2005)
Almost
five years passed in which the Lancea Sanctum presence all but vanished
in the domain. Reestablishing the presence has been one of the sole
focuses of Lyta Troy’s existence. Her express welcome by the
Prince was a Remarkable event. Many have quietly wondered
about the nature of the discussion they had, and what it means that
he would make such a public welcome. Out of character some have
said, but then again with so few having met the Prince it is difficult
to say what is out of character. Lyta’s ability to hold the
Lancea Sanctum on her own for over a decade, and still have the
covenant be a strong presence in the domain, is indeed something
to be Respected. During the second year of her assumption
of the leadership of the covenant, the doppelganger incident has
earned her recognition as a Fearsome warrior.
Evan Drake – Mekhet/Unbound
Evan
is Well-Known for his expertise in all things relating to
Angels and Demons. While his movement towards and then so quickly
away from the Ordo Dracul seems a bit erratic there is no doubt
that the quick welcome of the Lancea Sanctum and the clear attempts
by the Sanctified to entice the young kindred back into the ranks
of the covenant, as well as the time offered by John Hawk to listen
to the words of this neonate, that Evan Drake while formally of
no covenant at this moment is an Influential member of the
court.
Kaye Jackson – Daeva/Lancea Sanctum
Like
the church, many members of the Lancea Sanctum believe it a calling
to enter into the ranks of the covenant. With her sire Arnold Whitacre,
consumed by Morrissey’s love of fire, Kaye left the streets
and the lonely life of the Unaligned behind as she sought out the
sanctified for guidance and redemption for her sins. As the new
Archbishop of the Lancea, it fell to Giovanni d’Alessandro
to judge her worth to the covenant. It is said that he is impressed
by the tenacity with which the young kindred brought to her studies
and has been heard to remark upon how Devoted she truly is
and that he expects great things of her.
Kage (Kah-gay) – Nosferatu/Unbound
Socially
withdrawn, most kindred agree that the strange metallic coloring
scattered across his skin makes him an unsettling presence at the
Elysium. Feared for this and his clear martial prowess rivaled
by few in the domain, this intimidating form remains an enigma to
most. Like many of the other members of the Chronos Foundation Kage
has shifted his allegiances away from the Ordo Dracul having only
been counted among their number for a year, such behavior seems…
erratic. Yet his behavior to date has illustrated a certain quality
of honor and a robust belief in keeping his word. It’s possible
in the years to come, though an unsettling presence, the mysterious
Nosferatu may also become a trusted presence patrolling the streets
of Toronto.
Jared Penrose – Ventrue/Carthian
The
once architect and designer of Invictus havens has been covenant-less
for approximately a year now. For sometime it appeared as though
the Carthians may be taking him in, or that Mr. Penrose had decided
to spend his time among the Unbound of the Toronto domain, but as
the Akiva Koen presented himself before the Prince with news of
the Carthian decision to discard their previous experiment, his
arrival with Connor Truman to support this initiative is a clear
sign that he has been welcomed fully into the ranks of the Movement,
and proves that Jared continues to be a Resourceful member
of the Court.
Joseph Voehn – Daeva/Carthian
With
his arrival so recent very little can be said about Joseph Voehn.
His entrance and offer of vitae may have seemed a little gregarious,
but sincere. While in his presence he seems compelling – driven
– a man who knows what he wants. And that can be appreciated.
Others find themselves unsettled. The whispered willingness of NAMI
Corp to engage in any activity is given some credence by the arrival
of Mr. Voehn. Humanity is something long lost to this rumored gun
runner. If the tales from the assault against the Brood are correct
than Joseph has earned the distinction of being a Resourceful
kindred; quite literally able to get his hands on anything.
